Mannnn listen. My favorite food is fried chicken. I’ve been eating this stuff before I even started growing teeth. And I can honestly say, in my opinion, this is the best fried chicken I’ve ever had in my entire existence.

Best soul food ever! Best Mac and Cheese, succulent fried chicken, deserts are great.Wonderful buttery biscuits.Excellent culinary experience. Really my kids and I cannot stop dreaming about this place's food. so yummy!You cannot get enough of it. We took leftovers. Imagine. This is the first time we left a restaurant with food boxes.Are they closed because of pandemic.Cannot wait to go back there if open. Highly recommand.

Best fried chicken ever!!! We got the sando, whole bird, macaroni salad and extra comeback sauce - the highlight was the fried chicken, the thigh piece of it is so juicy and flavorful. Seriously so so good! We came here on a Friday after the holidays and waited 4 hours! It's worth the wait and not so bad if you mentally prepare yourself for it.

While here visiting family in New York, we were craving some good ole fashioned fried chicken. We heard about Hill Country Fried Chicken from our daughter. So glad we found this restaurant because this was the best fried chicken we've had in a long time!The restaurant is decorated very cute inside, which gives you a happy feeling. The line wasn't to long to wait in to order. The food wait was reasonable and was fresh n hot. The employees here were informative about their menu. They all were friendly with smiles. Good job!!!Our chicken was juicy & tender and fried to perfection. Absolutely delicious! I also had the most fabulous tasting Mac & Pimento cheese. It'll be a must meal every time I'm in NY. The hubs had chicken & waffles which he devoured, so I know it was Yummyliscious. Oh and don't forget to order the yummy for your tummy pie in a cup. I recommend you give Hill County Chicken a try, especially if y'all are visiting from the south or Midwest. It'll be like a little bit of heavenly home for your tastebuds.

Where y'all eating chicken that you're giving Hill Country only 4 or less stars... ? This is the best fast food(ish) chicken I have ever had in my life. The sides are so good too and the people who work at this location are super nice. I'm sad the Brooklyn location closed too.

I came here on a saturday afternoon. A busy day, line was long service was quick. The cashier was friendly and the food was very good and fresh! The chicken was tender and moist and the waffle was fluffy with a perfectly lightly crisp edge. Their fountain drinks are very refreshing.. i got the cream soda and def got a refill before I left. The seating is interesting so you gotta sort of just catch a seat. People do come here for a brunch kind of thing so people do sit down and take their time.

If you're here checking the reviews to see if you should come here or order from here, DO NOT. Finally decided to try this place after walking past it for years. It was so bad that my boyfriend and I had a fight over how we could have ordered such awful food. Chicken, fries, and mac n cheese were all room temperature, like they had been cooked and forgotten about for a while. Also, DRY. So dry. The driest chicken and cole slaw I have ever had in all my fried chicken-filled life. Like cardboard and an old salad with no dressing. Don't come here, they'll make you sad.

I've always walked past this spot all the time and never went in till today, Honestly I've had my fair share of bad restaurant experiences but this place surprised me with EXCELLENT customer service and the food is ready I'm a fashionable time .Also to mention the food here is really really good better than I expected. 10/10 would s come back and you should whoever is reading this visit this place.
