Everything was really, really good. Just the thing one needs for a decent, unpretentious, proper, serious, warm and quality establishment. No BS, no frills. Straight up solid bar, great kitchen.
Every Houston's and Hilstone I've ever been in had the ribs. From Cali to NYC, I have experienced.
Unfortunately, the NYC manager failed to order enough ribs. That was their excuse . Very disappointed. Other tsbles had complained. Manager gave same excuse. If you lay $350 for a meal, you want itbto be a good experience.
They also fleece u by making even the sides are a la carte.
