The food satisfies both hunger and taste. The place has a prime spot and considerate staff. Workers provided outstanding attention. We divided one meal between us and felt completely satisfied. Here's to a great meal!
Their kitchen creates dishes that satisfy completely. The staff treated us with exceptional attention. The visual appeal was there, but salt overwhelmed the flavors. Himalayan Curry House Restaurant and Bar (Midtown Branch) shows elegant design. We plan to make this place our tradition.
It was good 👍
We had an amazing experience here. Great food and great hospitality. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone who is looking for fresh and delicious meals. Chef Mahendra made the most amazing thalis and naan. Definitely Must try!!
Delicious food made with love , not too pricey
Great place, with good prices. Great Nepalis and Indian food
Great place!
Was in midtown and wandered by HCH and was intrigued by the menu. Having been to Nepal, I am always interested in finding authentic food and HCH's Goat Thali did not disappoint. My wife enjoyed the momos which took a little bit more time but the server gave her the heads up. The chow mein was really flavorful. I had dinner there two nights in a row it was so good. I got out of the restaurant paying less than $100 on both nights for myself, my wife and two kids. In Manhattan. Yep, you read that right. HCH is the rare example of being able to find terrific tasting food in the city and actually have it be affordable. I plan to be back here at least once every time I am back in the city.
I got the chicken momo with gravy to go. The dumplings were delicious and packed with meat. The stuffing was dense and flavorful. I could taste the hint of ginger. The 8 dumplings were smothered in the gravy sauce. The sauce was a bit spicy and sour. It was delicious and perfect for a cold day. Overall, it was a good meal and I’d like to come back again and try different dishes. By the way, the server was very helpful and friendly.
Vegetarian options: Good variety of vegetarian options.

Restaurantji Recommends
Went in for lunch, left in a near food coma. For a little over $14, I received 3 different dishes, rice, dessert, and 4 slices of naan. I honestly couldn’t finish it all and left very satisfied. I’d highly recommend visiting this place the next time you have a chance as their lunch special runs until 4pm! Great vegetarian option as well!

Very rude servers, should know how to behave with customers and eating right beside the customers is a bad idea.

Excellent place to eat spicy food (you can always get it mild or not spicy), flavorful and delightful. A must try while in NYC.
