This place is the perfect brunch spot- everytime I visit NY it’s a must to stop here. The coffee is amazing, the food is delicious with great savory and sweet options, the service is fast and everyone is extremely kind, and the ambiance is lovely. 10/10
Been going here since the opening used to have an amazing staff and management now the service is lackluster . The manager is not the friendliest, they barely greet you when you walk in you can be sitting for over 20 mins before someone attends to you . Floor is dated can be cleaned properly, playing with dogs then touching food not sanitary over all this place went from amazing to not amazing.

Devon was AWESOME! We stopped here just before we got in the Seastreak Ferry back to NJ. Devon was pleasant, quick, and efficient! Would totally recommend!!
