Food was delicious. Went for my girlfriend's birthday and the staff was very welcoming and gracious. As I said the food was excellent and the service was fantastic. Definitely will be back!
We had a wonderful dinner here on Saturday night with a group of 5. The ambiance of the restaurant is awesome. Really has a neighborhood restaurant vibe. Server was excellent and made many great suggestions, including for wine. Food, cocktails, and service were all top-notch. Will definitely be going back again.
Franco was or waiter ...excellent We were upstairs in the “pink” room. I had a skirt steak and wife had fish. Both were great.
Second time having dinner at Palermo. I had the Bronzino this time, which was delicious. We shared the Octopus, Tuna Tartare and Burrata salad for appetizers. All of them were delicious. Definitely will be back.
The staff at Palermo was so welcoming, enthusiastic and knowledgeable. Kudos to Manager Victor, our server Franco from Buenos Aires, and the rest of the staff that made so sure we were happy, comfortable and who, so well fed! We were 5 friends celebrating birthdays and getting together after some years, a very special occasion ; and they provided a fun and convivial atmosphere. The food! Excellent to the last bite, cooked to perfection; I had the skirt steak and it was outstanding, specially accompanied by the Nakbec recommended by Franco. Highly recommended. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
We had a very nice dinner. The ribeye was excellent the wine selection was very good. The service was superb and the atmosphere was perfect for a casual steak dinner.
The food was exceptional. We had the chorizos, skirt steak and asparagus. It was all superb.
The food was very good but the server we had was just awful. Didn't write down the order, brought the wrong wine, food that wasn't ordered and didn't bring items that were ordered. Then when the bill came she blamed us and didn't want to make any adjustments to the bill. Not a good experience!!
The food was great. Had the rib eye, so tasty. Others had the skirt steak, it was fabulous. The beef empanadas were rich with meat. Delicious homemade breads . My only issue is that the prices listed here and on their website are much lower than the actual prices. I mentioned this to the staff and asked them to honor the online listed price. The staff never addressed the issue. They should have honored the price or done something other than silence
The 48oz Ribeye should have provided 12oz for each person at our table of 4, however, the size of the steak was more like 16oz when it was served. It was exceptional in taste. The sides were not family size, but individual. The service was great!

Food was mostly served cold. Waiter took little to no interest in advising. Would not recommend.
Wonderful little restaurant in Theater District of NYC. Enjoyed the food, the staff and the good feeling! Interesting take on Argentinian, Peruvian flavors in their cuisine. And especially in the side dishes that complement each meal. Enjoyed the flavors, and the friendly staff!
The food was delicious. The skirt steak was incredibly tender and well seasoned. The staff was attentive. The restaurant is cozy. Great for a date night.
Extremely pleased with dinner at Palermo! Great and and attentive service by Juan. Charming and cozy setting inside and above all fantastic food! Would go back 100%
A touch of Argentina in Manhattan with tasty food, decent service, good setting and fair pricing not far from the theater district. The overall dining areas (two floors) are not that large which helps with the overall ambiance though, unfortunately, the noise level can be a tad high. The restaurant is essentially a "hole-in-the-wall" place but that gives it character and cozy feel. Sadly, the choice of music being played (via speakers) was not the most appropriate for the setting nor that relaxing partly because it was on the loud side.
