Not to be missed hole in the wall. Hands down!! Call ahead as they do get busy, however wait time is quick. I usually order the signature porkchop noodle soup and chicken leg noodle soup... so satisfying! Their rice boxes are filling - brown sauce over anything and everything - YUM! For rice box - we do the eggplant or a fish

Quick in-and-out service. Ordered the fried chicken leg over rice ($7). The chicken was super tender and cooked just right. The gravy and cabbage topping was like icing on the cake. I could probably eat a whole platter of just rice, gravy, and cabbage. Curious about the OG May Wah pork chop shop now that I've had Hua Ji. Definitely will be back again soon

When I was in middle school which is about 6 years prior this was one of my favorite place to get some good eats but it has definitely when down hill, by all means the food is good but it doesn't taste as good as it use to be.

I love this hidden gem. It's the kind of hole in the wall spot I would go every day! I love their signature dish which is fried chicken leg over rice . The chicken leg was fresh and well seasoned . The meat sauce with preserved cabbage was to die for ! It makes me want to eat all the rice in the bowl because of the sauce . Don't forget to add fried egg as well on top of it. The portion is decent and 6 dollars for it is just mind blowing these days . 6 dollar well spent in my opinion.

Love this spot, almost as good as the original chicken leg-pork chop spot Mei Wah by original owners but closer to home for me! Always consistently delivering the same great orders!

The pork chops are the bomb, & the lady at the counter is rude until she see's the money. You can see down to her root canal, lol

Decent pork chop with rice

Good food and very generous with quantities. They do not play here, they want you to be happy. Not everything is great, so with time I learned which are better and which are not. But overall this is the place I choose to order form when at work.

The chicken leg over rice dish here is to die for. The chicken leg is fried to perfection and the preserved vegetables and sauce on top of the rice is a combination made in heaven. For the price, you just can't find anything better. I tried the pork chop over rice but it just doesn't compare to the chicken leg over rice. I highly highly recommend this place.

Just bought two order from this place and I'm very very disappointed there was no favor in the fried rice and chicken & string bean over rice, the SO call chef just dump it in the wok with a couple of flip is done.. is a new cook there and he is terrible sorry did take a photo of him but I'm telling ya don't waste your $$$... wasted $23 on two order that even my dog would not touch it...

Saw the cook picking his nose and did a finger fling on to the wok direction, just walked out the store, they can keep my order

The meat has been marinated for too long and is not sanitized. It's broken, it hurts me.
