DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I placed an order on Uber Eats nearly 3 hours ago. Even though the order was placed on the app, the restaurant uses its own courier. I contacted the restaurant 1.5 hours after my order was placed and the employee told me my order was picked up. I called 20 minutes later and the employee said it was picked up 5 mins after I called. I said “you said my order was picked up when I first called” then she started yelling at me saying she didn’t say that. I asked her to please not raise her voice at me and she just responded by telling me to call back 20 mins later so I called 25 mins later. When I asked for the order status, she started gaslighting me by saying “I thought you canceled the order. The whole kitchen heard you.” I said “absolutely not, I’m in a room with people who placed the order with me.” Then she proceeded to yell at me again that I canceled the order. Then she said her boss will deliver the order and it’ll take 15 mins. It’s been 30 minutes and the order still hasn’t arrived. This is so ridiculous.

I would not recommend this Thai restaurant. Their food is not tasty compared to the other Thai restaurants in the hood. Even their basic fried rice and pad Thai was a disappointment! The other thing is they play loud dance music in a restaurant setting is very annoying! Sorry, would not go back there again.

Dined here this evening and it was wonderful! My Thai go-to’s are green papaya salad and green curry w/tofu and the two were perfection!! Will definitely be back very soon.

Service was good - but the food was the worst Thai I've ever had.

Pad Thai was so bland and barely had any flavor. I ordered takeout and staff were friendly when I went to pick up.

Really nice Thai restaurant! We went for lunch on a cold day! The Tom Yum soup totally hit the spot! Their red curry chicken was amazing! We had their chives pancakes and they were delicious, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Basil eggplant and their chilli fried rice were equally good. Will definitely visit again!Vegetarian options: Every dish can be made info a veg option!!

I went here this afternoon for lunch with my teenage daughter.. it was a fantastic lunch date! The ambiance and decor is beautiful.. so bright, good music and friendly service. Most importantly the food was delicious! Chicken gyoza, Thai fried rice, and pad see ew were all super yummy! Thank you; we will be back for sure.

We just moved out of the East Village and miss this place SO MUCH. The food is excellent - I dream about their dumpling soup! Always so friendly when we dined in - it is the perfect casual date night spot. They also have Chang lager (iykyk)

Wish i could leave a 0 star review. I dined in with my wife on Halloween of this year 2023 and we had the most awful experience. Forget the food and service being bad, the older lady that seems to be in charge straight up CHANGED my tip and added $10 to herself. I was in disbelief and came here to check reviews and saw that someone else left a review saying that she did the same thing to him last week. Do yourself a favor and go support any of the many other thai restaurants in the city with actual great food and service. (I would recommend Bua Thai or Chai Thai) As for you “Hub Thai” you made the mistake of stealing from the wrong person and I will see to it that everyone knows how disgusting you are until your little stinky restaurant is finally shut down.

I've never actually eaten in person here (soon hopefully!) but order from here via Door Dash regularly. I really enjoy the drunken noodles and they do a great Thai iced tea.Dietary restrictions: I don't eat meat but they have good vegetarian and seafood options.

The aesthetics were awesome & I love Thai food so it’s always great. The service was decent, however the waitress caught me off guard at the end after I paid, she was moving the chairs so aggressively & said I had to add tip, she walked away with an attitude after I proceeded to say that I didn’t have to. I guess she thought I was an easy target because I was dining by myself who knows. I definitely won’t be coming back here again or recommend to anyone.

Went around 6pm on a Wednesday for the first time with some friends. There was 1 other seated table, and 1-2 people came in to take to-go orders while we dined. There's a bar area on one side and tables on another. The restaurant features lovely decor with a neon sign and flowers hanging from the ceiling around the bar area. The service was quick. We waited around 10 minutes for the Curry Puffs, another 5-10 for the Shrimp Salad, and another 10 minutes for the Pad Thai and Drunken Noodles. The curry puffs were delicious! The shrimp salad was marked as spicy but not spicy, so it would be good for those who do not prefer spice. The main dishes were each around $10-15.
