I wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone. If you were to go to a regular deli daily, you’d save a lot more than going to this place daily as because every item in the store is overpriced. They always have sandwich orders wrong more often than not. Some of the people that work at the register are pretty unprofessional. Another thing that I dislike about the store specifically is when you pay with card, they would tell you the total of how much you would have to pay for and when you pay for it, the total is more than what they have told you previously and I don’t think it’s fair for customers to be told a price they aren’t actually paying for, I would like to be told the exact price on what I’m paying for, so for that they receive a one star from me.

Vitamin water was $3.50 small chips $2..total $5.50....but charged $6?Didn't know there was tax on food but these guys collect tax. Count your change and avoid this place altogether if you can prices are crazy and good is avg at best. The whole foods down the street is cheaper if you can believe that.

The service was terrible..... The guy behind the counter was extremely rude. I did not even want to give them my business. I left my food at the counter and left the store. Do yourself a favor never go here

I’m impressed. This is actually the worst bodega in New York City. I went here with 5 friends, and all 5 of our orders were wrong. The guy behind the counter can’t connect two dots or even muster up enough brain power to cook two eggs at the same time. Don’t go here, even if you’re hangry and just trying to get a bite to hold you over. The food will be inedible, and only make your day worse.
The store itself is nice with a wide selection of good items. Pretty pricy. However the customer service is horrible. The Spanish people working there seem racist especially the women working the counter. Very racist. They call you primo and Amigo based on your looks. Racist people

The most unpleasant thing is the deli of this business for the staff to serve you a plate of food think that garbage that they sell you all unpleasant just today I had to take what I had paid because they served me worse than even a street dog a single piece of garbage
