When leaving there was a guy Eric that took my friends pepper spray and wouldn’t give it back bc he was being racist and discriminatory because I was black and talked loud (i apologize and was truly sorry) but he was being mean and after explaining I was a girl in NYC he refused as well as another man. They are the worst and if you’re black stay away. They will favor white people.

I got denied for being “too masculine and casual for a girl” have never faced homophobia behavior as harsh as the harbor. They wouldn’t even let me get in and me and my friend are promoters for the club. Do not recommend again. Will be retracing my promotion of the club

It seems Harbor rents out there space. So can't review Harbor itself I was there for a Brunch that may not be there again. But if you do rent Harbor the space upstairs on the side steps is not cute. It shabby at best, but it worked for the couple of hours we were there.

Steep stairs. Don't go down the stairs while drunk. Clean and large bathrooms. Spacious and open dance floor

I went here last night for Hero’s and Villains for a comic con party and guys it’s NOT WORTH IT! Not only do you have to pay for tickets but you have to wait on a line for AN HOUR to get in. Once you get in you realize it’s not only NOT A ROOFTOP but there’s no one inside! Also 23 dollars for a cheap drink is insane. Not worth it will definitely not be returning.

Skip it. A plastic dixie cup of vodka cran is $25. They over pour so it makes them more money but then the guys get handsy and it’s uncomfortable. Go somewhere else.

The atmosphere is what Harbor has going for it. The music was 2000s pop and rap, not really dancing music in my opinion. The food and service were ok, nothing spectacular. It's a cute spot for a birthday party and bottle service.

Not a great experience unless you're getting a VIP table. The VIP sections take up about 90% of the club, leaving everyone else packed like sardines in a small area by the bar. On top of that, they automatically add a 20% tip on every drink. The place itself is fine, but with these issues, I definitely wouldn’t return.

Really bad experience. Expensive, no view, music so loud you get really deaf, especially if you're in your early twenties. And got ripped off (the table was supposed to cost a thousand, but they charged 1500)

Awful place, they are not very honest. They advertise two floors but it really only includes one, once you complain they say they can’t have you there and treat you really bad.

Beautiful space. Can hold a large crowd. Bar was slow, but service was good and normal NY drink rates. Acoustics were great. Open air vibe is good. Street parking limited, but they had valet too.
