Food is bad. Full stop. For a buffet style breakfast this might get a pass, but when you're paying $100 for breakfast for two, it's pretty inexcusable.

Listen, I get it, New York is crazy expensive. But you can step 25 yards outside the hotel and get a comparable meal that tastes better and is inarguably fresher for less than half of the price, easily. The prices and food at this place are punitive and extortive, plain and simple.

Hard pass.

The breakfast buffet is $40 per person. If you just want a quick snack or something small, there are plenty of other option nearby.

Food was cold and not good. For sure not worth the money. Find somewhere else to eat breakfast.

Waiters were soo rude, disrespectful, and keep touching their nose, face, lips with their hands, and touching our plates, food, drinks, without sanitizing!! That was so disgusting, no gloves, no personal hygiene, It was very bad experience, so unsatisfied.

Food was ok but expensive and the front hostesses were rude trying to talk smart when I ask the question is this the breakfast buffet one of said yeah that’s us like in a smart tone but whatever at least one of the waiters were nice. Honestly I’ll never come back again.

100$ for a basic and average breakfast buffet for two people. Wouldn’t be bad but price was not communicated. Won’t be coming back

Basically a basic Continental breakfast at a normal hotel which cost $100 for two people. Won't be back.

I ordered the American breakfast, and it was not edible. The price of the meal was outrageous for not being able to eat the scrambled eggs. I honestly don't know how you can go wrong cooking eggs. The worst part was I ordered 3.

This place is a presumptuous Holiday Inn complimentary buffet. We waited 40 minutes to get inside, found over half the tables vacant (despite the wrap-around line outside the door) and had to get our own juice. We never got coffee. We were then charged an additional $12 gratuity - for what? And were told "Sorry, there's nothing we can do." If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would.

The buffet had a good selection for everyone. From continental to full breakfast choices. Quick service and clean.

Friendly staff, but the food quality is just about average, tastes like average and nothing special, but is priced way above average.

Had pancakes and a side of breakfast potatoes. Getting a table/checking in with reception was pretty disorganized and below expectations. The pancakes were average while the breakfast potatoes were pretty good. The restaurant had a slightly dated feel and the service was friendly though they were clearly understaffed. Overall not a bad place to eat at, little overpriced, but I probably wouldn’t eat here unless I had hotel credits or some other incentive to do so.

Average food for gourmet price. Customer service was great, however!
