I've been going here for quite some while, and I can say the food is great but the attention with their manager is Not (in my opinion) the best. Omar is always talking bad about his coworkers 🙄 and I don't think that's professional in any way. 😒 He always has something to say Specially about his colored coworkers, I've also seen him give away food in exchange of reviews.

Sinaie and Genesis - both 2 of my favs here, Sinaie's been making my orders and knows my usuals off the top of his head - Genesis, only known her for a short while but i'm always happy to see her when im there!!!

I’ve been coming to this deli for a long time and have always appreciated the good food and reliable service. Unfortunately, ever since the new girl started working there, my experience hasn’t been the same. She was working last night (August 17) and was very rude to me. This has actually happened three times now, which is frustrating because it never used to be an issue here.

When I went to pay tonight, she asked if the turkey sandwich I ordered had cheese. I genuinely didn’t know because I had just picked it from the menu, and when I said I wasn’t sure, she responded in a very rude way: “You ordered the sandwich and you don’t know?” She then asked the cook (who is always very nice and helpful), and after he clarified, she turned to me again and said “you see, very easy” once again in a rude tone.

On top of that, I believe she overcharged me. I ended up paying $17 for a turkey sandwich, which I knew wasn’t right, but since it was late at night I just wanted to go home.

I normally never leave bad reviews, but the way she acted was very disrespectful. I’m sharing this as feedback because I really do like this deli and it’s been one of my go-to spots just two blocks from my apartment. I hope the service and pricing issues can be addressed so I can continue coming back as I always have.
