Got food poisoning from a Roastbeef sandwich there. 8 years ago to the day. Still not over it (mentally). Made me miss out on burgers for dinner. I’ll hold a grudge forever.

They need to update their menu. I ordered a bacon egg & cheese on a roll after 11am, which should have been $6.45, but was $8.66. The cashier said because of high egg prices.... good enough, but the sandwich was gross. The roll wasn't even warm and I took two bites and tossed the rest in the trash. Had I known it was going to cost that much I would have gone to my go-to spot which is cheaper and better.

Nothing special, but convenient.
The amount of fries is really a joke! Plus they give you the tomato and lettuce separately, and I wanted a sandwich., really bad.

I ordered a chicken and spinach Panini. My experiences that a Panini means that the meat that’s on it in this case was chicken is just a piece of chicken. They chopped it up into small pieces. It fell out all over the place. It was very poorly done. I paid $15 for it and it was definitely not worth But I paid I do not recommend this place nor would I ever come back

Breakfast sandwich was fast, fresh, and tasty. Standard Deli/Bodega prices. They had a nice little area to sit and eat your food which I appreciated. I sat in the little nook with a view to the street which was very pleasant.

Gave me E. Coli from their breakfast sandwiches. Sick for over a week, had to go to the doctors, had to stay home from work. Also E. Coli is a serious thing, you could kill people if you’re not following health and food standards.

I ordered the Crazy Turkey Sub two months ago and it was one of the worst sandwiches I have ever had in my life. This sandwich was advertised as having: Smoked Turkey, Brie Cheese, Alfalfa Sprouts, and Honey Mustard. What I got instead was a sliced turkey deli meat with what looked like maybe Swiss Cheese?, lettuce, and mustard, on top of one of those very dry white submarine breads. I did not check my sandwich at the restaurant and did not look at it until I reached my sit down lunch spot. I told myself never to come back to this deli.
Today I decided to give it another chance and order a burger. I walked in and ordered a bacon burger. They asked if I wanted just the sandwich or with fries, I asked what do the fries look like? Then he said “okay fries” so I said “no, may I see the fries first?” He showed me the bag of frozen fries and it was like those thick steak cut fries you just know they’re going to be dry so I opted to just get the sandwich. After waiting for 15 minutes, they slide my finished burger to the cashier and it looked so small. I open it up to see a beef patty, two pieces of bacon, in between two bun halves that looked like they were toasted on a panini grill. This thing was smaller than my hand and I have small hands. I asked if I can get lettuce and tomato on it, and the cashier responded, “You said you wanted a bacon burger and nothing else. That’s bacon and burger.” I said okay, may I have some lettuce and tomato on there too then? He reluctantly said that they can add it for a $2 charge. I said that’s fine, but then I just opted not to get it, seeing as how the burger looked, I don’t think adding the lettuce and tomato would have made much of a difference. The berries in their cold-hold looked bad so I figured I shouldn’t trust their lettuce and tomato anyways. I don’t mind if I have to pay extra for lettuce and tomato which I do find odd but why try to make the customer feel like they ordered it wrong as if they’ve never ordered a burger before when they could have just said, “sure, we can add it for $2” if that is their policy? Why start trying to make the customer feel like they ordered it wrong?
Anyways, if you’re wondering why there is never anyone in this deli, it’s because the food is horrible so it is really only good for picking up a bottled drink on the go.

Overcharged me for something I didn’t order and refused to give refund. I disputed with my credit card proof and they asked me to get a drink which I didn’t want so they don’t have to refund me. I ended up having to pay more for an overpriced drink.

I ordered something for $6.45. The cashier rings me up for $9.29 and I didn’t pay attention so I just paid w Apple Pay. And then I was like wait why is it $9, isn’t it like $6? Thought there was clearly a mistake and they thought I ordered a bigger platter. Then her manager came over and said it was different prices for credit card and also different on the menu. I felt belittled by her tone and it was very sneaky. Update your menuApart from this, cooking staff were very nice. Food was just okay
