The atmosphere is quite formal. We did not get the private room but I think it is not hard to get, which will be better. The server is well-trained for cooking wagyu and they added our lettuce very often.
The second course of marinated Wagyu is just like Japan it was so amazing. However the first was so good with different salts it truly brings out the flavors of each piece already planning to go back
We (party of 3) had an absolutely wonderful experience at HYUN. It's a bit of sticker shock compared to more conventional Korean BBQ, but HYUN exceeded our expectations going in by a mile. Service was outstanding and everyone was very patient with our questions. A great meal at a great restaurant.
