When I’m in New York, I have to get ramen and not just any ramen. It has to be Ichiran, by far the best in the city. The broth, the noodles, the extras like the egg and nori… all 10/10. An absolute must if you love high-quality ramen.

The best ramen we have ever had. I've been chasing authentic Japanese flavors since we returned from a trip to Japan over the summer and this nailed it. Great service and atmosphere- can't wait to go back again.

I wouldn't go again, because I hate waiting in lines and I think the regular ramen is quite expensive for the lack of toppings (though, still tasty). I give it a 4/5 for a unique experience in NYC. I never saw my server's face.

The front desk person was friendly and explained how things go. The person seating us seemed like she always knew what was going on and a firm grasp over the front of the line. The servers, although I didn't see any of...
