I went here with some friends last week and we originally had a great time. We ordered plenty of drinks and everything seemed fine. However, when I checked my receipts afterward (thankfully I had taken pictures), I realized additional tips had been added to the bills without my permission.
It wasn’t about the extra $4, it was the principle. Sneaking in charges is dishonest and incredibly disappointing. It completely ruined what was otherwise a fun night. I won’t be returning, and I’d strongly recommend others double-check their receipts

Iggy's Bar in NYC is hands down one of the best spots for a fun night out because it's a mix of my 2 favorite things. A karaoke bar and an Irish bar! It has a nice ambiance and the stage is great for setting the vibe for karaoke.
But what really makes Iggy's stand out is the staff, and I have to give a special shoutout to Shana behind the bar. She's not just a great bartender she's the bartender you hope to get every time. Super friendly, fast, and always on top of things no matter how packed it gets. She treats everyone like family and it makes the experience that much better. It was nice to be taken care of so well!
