Great hangout spot!!
This restaurant catches your eye. You get what you pay for and more. Their team creates pleasant experiences. You get satisfying amounts for what you spend. Zero complaints about my time spent here.

One of my favourite fun spots to take visiting friends and family

Overpriced but not good food and rude bartenders and mean servers. The bartender ignored me because I asked for water. When I repeated it to her, she rolled her eyes and still never gave me water. The waiter smiled and spoked to my friend all evening but not me (unless it was to take my order) simply because I was not as presentable that day. It was very mean of him to make me feel excluded

I had a great time at the Iguana. The food was delicious, and the service was friendly. It’s a good spot to relax and unwind, laid-back atmosphere.

This place is closed. Made reservations on Open Table, got a confirmation and showed up and it’s been closed for at least a month.

This restaurant is closed...supposedly for renovations! I had a reservation for Wednesday night, 5/1/24 at 6 PM. We got there and there were signs on the doors saying that they were Closed for Renovations!

I gave it all one-star because the restaurant was closed for Reno's. You accepted my reservation and when my clients and I showed up it was closed. I got an email and a text asking the day of my reservation asking if I was going to make it. When we arrived, there were signs on every window saying closed for Reno. How could you take my reservation and know you were closed. I went through the restaurant website to make the reservation. I looked foolish to my customers for wasting their time meeting me at a place that was not open.
Was here once before and enjoyed it, so wanted to come back today - unfortunately when we arrived we saw from signs in the window that they're currently closed for renovations. Unfortunately we were not alerted that the place would be closed when making the reservation or in the time leading up to the reservation.
The restaurant is closed and was not specified, much less said when booking online!

I reserved a table for Cafe Iguana from their website. It linked to Open Table. I drove 50 miles from Long Island only to find out the restaurant was closed for renovations. No indication on their website and nothing on Open Table to advise of this.
Made a reservation about a month ago. Received a confirmation the day before. Got to the restaurant and it was closed for renovations. How could open table not know that this restaurant was closed. This isn't the first time I've used the app and gotten wrong information. I will never use this app again.
I made an OpenTable reservation for Iguana on March 10th and received a confirmation on April 10th. We arrived on April 11th for our confirmed reservation to find the restaurant closed for renovations. Very annoying since it was raining but luckily we found another restaurant nearby where we had an excellent meal. Not sure if the problem was with OpenTable or the restaurant but I was totally unimpressed with how the situation was handled. Either my reservation should not have been accepted or it should have been canceled. After this experience, I doubt I would consider going to Iguana in the future.
This is on both Iguana and Open Table Iguana is closed for reservations and has been closed for weeks. We found out the hard way by showing up for our reservation only to find out it is closed. Why the restaurant hadn't told open Table or why Open Table continues to take reservations for a closed restaurant is beyond understanding on our part. It was humiliating for us and our guests who showed up. Also Open Table's website/customer service for an affected diner to complain or resolve such a problem is nonexistent. Shame on Open Table.
Beyond disappointed and frustrated that the restaurant did not update their information as they were closed for renovations when we arrived for our dinner reservation. The app allowed me to make a reservation for a large party and even sent me text messages to confirm the day before and day of. This left us stranded with not enough time to find another restaurant to accommodate our party.
