Its okay, this place is kinda expensive for the food you get and it just a tad bit run down. But besides that its chill

Quite possibly the worst breakfast I’ve ever had. We waited 30 minutes to order, while being fully ignored by waiters, and the food was unseasoned, undercooked, and not up to par. Our party of 4 all agreed that the breakfast was extremely unsatisfactory compared to other options, such as cute diners.

0/10, would not recommend.

IHOPS are usually very good, this one is average, not particularly clean, service is kind of crappy...food was ok. The eggs I ordered were hard. When I mentioned this to the waiter he gracefully took my plate and returned with new eggs on soggy food.

I visited IHOP yesterday during their pancake donation day. Despite understanding the long line due to the special event, the service I received was subpar. My server took an extremely long time to take my order, and when he finally did, he struggled to enter it into the system. I'm understanding if he's new, but what was unacceptable was his complete refusal to help when I asked about using a promotional code in the app for my takeout order. When it came time to pay, I couldn't apply my free item code, resulting in no discount despite meeting all the terms. However, I want to say a big thank you for serving me and for the delicious food - no complaints about the quality at all. And thank you for hosting such a special pancake day event; I really appreciate that. While I can afford to pay for my meal, I worry about customers who might rely on these promotions for a free meal.

This is an absolute nightmare, not a service—it’s a total disaster. Let’s start from the beginning. The staff’s walking around looking like slobs, completely unprofessional, just plain gross, and now we’re getting to the good part.

First off, they served us our food after 30 long minutes, and guess what? They forgot to bring knives and forks. Fine, my wife asked for them, and they handed them over. I unwrap the napkin—boom, greasy fingerprints all over the spoon and fork. Alright, I asked for a replacement. They bring new ones, and this time there’s actual BLOOD on the napkin, plus the knives and forks are covered in some bizarre stains. Asked them to swap it again, and they just tossed the replacements on the table like we’re nothing.

Oh, and by the way, we asked them to clean the table and chairs because nothing was wiped down. Did they? Nope, of course not. Unreal.

I asked for the bill, and the staff? Not a single word—literally nothing—just strolled over to the register and handed me the check. Is this what you call normal service?

The service here was a weird experience. Dark skinned older gentlemen (I presume manager as he had on an all black outfit) comes up and I ask if the house special came with the pancakes, he ignores me and just takes my menu away. He then brings a plate of two pancakes and walks away again. I asked if he ordered me the omelette that came along with the pancakes and he says “yeah?” in a condescending tone. By the time my omelette came out ,my pancakes had already gotten cold (what happened to bringing out all the food at once???). They gave me no utensils and then when I asked for some the older gentlemen walks away again and tells someone to fetch me utensils. They gave me a plastic fork and knife to use while I dine in, meanwhile every other customer that came in before and after me got metal utensils. I didn’t even get a proper server like the ladies that came in after me and were seated in front of me. The omelette was okay it was over cooked just a bit. The pancakes were good but since they had gotten cold before all my food got here, they were decent. This all happened around 12pm so at a reasonable time. Maybe I just got an unlucky experience, but the place has potential and the other workers seemed friendly and helpful

The tacos were delicious. Quick service and friendly service. One thing I suggested no pets allow. I’m allergic to dogs and there was a dog under the table next to me with no service jacket on. Unfortunately I won’t return for I over heard someone say “quickly put him under the table.” I mentioned it to the hosts and he simply opened his eyes in surprise.

The service was friendly, but the young gentleman at the entrance worked very reluctantly. Kindness was hard to find. For the rest, Ihop price-quality is very good!
