Had a mother/son day. We went here to start off our day. I got Colorado omelette with home fries and a fruit bowl. My son got steak and pancakes. Our server was well manner and continued to meet our needs. I ensured to leave this message on the receipt as well. I will be back again to visit.

I used to order from time to time the cina stack pancakes on Uber. They were already ridiculously expensive and cost more than what they charge in the Bronx, but I just noticed they raised the price on Uber to now $19.99. You have got to be kidding me. But then I guess I shouldn't be surprised, that's New York City for you. One of the worst Cities to live in.

When I moved to LES , I was so excited that their was an IHOP in walking distance. I have had the worst experience their 3yrs ago. I ordered a Big Steak omelette and was looking forward to it since I’ve had it at IHOP before but different locations. This was the worst ever. I was served freezer burned T-bone steak. My eggs looked like they belonged to someone else and my steak was just added to it. I ordered the pancakes with sprinkles for my daughter. It wasn’t mixed into the batter. The sprinkles where thrown on the grill and the batter after causing it to be burned. I returned the meal and declined the option of another order. My coffee pot was cold and our juice was room temperature. I paid my bill and have not been back ever since then.I came to the reviews today because my daughter wants to go back; but reading the reviews and seeing others suffer the same disappointment I did years ago makes me wonder how they are still open and how does corporate respond and yet no effective changes have been made at this NYC location. So sad. Oh well, I will stick to my guns and won’t be going back their until effective and visible changes have been made and food quality has gone up.

The atmosphere is somewhat dull, I went to have breakfast and they moved me to one side of the bathroom with tables available, the food is good but it lacks a special touch.
I went today to Ihop on 14th street for my son's birthday breakfast. We were greeted and seated by our hostess. I really want to highlight our server Ronald J. He did a incredible job. He constantly checked on us to make sure our dinning experience was up to par. He went above and beyond and really made my son's day memorable.
Love the pancakes but the "liquid butter" they use to cook eggs with is NOT good. Odd fake smoke flavor in morning scrambled eggs is very off-putting. I could not take but a few bites. So off-putting i would not go back if ordering eggs.Very nice staff. Great 14th street location.Zero stars for the nasty oil. Just use a tiny amount of vegetable oil. That's enough and it won't give a bad taste to the food.
