I’m so stunned by the customer service I received today with my family . We usually come here every Sunday . I’m beyond appalled by waiter behavior he had a horrible attitude . My order came out wrong multiple times .Never in my life received customer service like this !!!!! This was beyond frustrating and unacceptable. Hopefully this can be handled swiftly no one will have to deal with this type of situation on a Sunday again .

I ordered on the app something for myself and my co-worker. During my break I went to pick up my item then brought it back to my store when I realized my chicken sandwich was missing the side, so I already new I had to go back, that's when I decided to look at my sandwich and realized it was full of pickels, I HATE PICKELS!! My sandwich was supposed to have avocado $17 for a sandwich is crazy but I took my chance. I go back to ihop tell the girl in the counter I didn't recieve my side of pancake and my sandwich was wrong. Then they proceed to tell me they didn't have that exact bread for my sandwich nor did they have AVOCADO!!! like the whole reason I purchased the miserable sandwich was because it had at least Avocado. I get my new sandwich with no pickels and the pancakes. When my co-worker tells me her order was wrong too!! I had to make a 3rd trip to ihop during my work hours. Called the store, explained the situation and the manager tells me I can go back and pick up the right order this time. But personally after all the trip and inconvenience, I'm in disbelief that the most that the manager had to tell me was come pick up the order you should've recieve in the first place. Like you should've offered something complimentary for everything I just went through!! She at least suggested to ask for a refund through the app .
New management has made no difference just send them all home.
