American Japanese, the sushis were really palatable. The Sake Ice cream sorbet is a must try
Went out with friends. Awesome staff. Great food. Everything was delicious and came out in a timely fashion.
This has become our go to neighborhood sushi spot! It’s consistently good - even delivery!! Highly recommend!
I ordered fried calamari every mostly gives it in rings, not here ! They practically gave me the entire octopus don’t recommend.
Food was delicious. Presentation lovely. Place is spotless. Will only go here on the ues
We love sushi and try it pretty much everywhere we go. Our sushi rolls were pretty decent. We tried the sweet potato, oshinko, yellowtail and scallion, the peanut avocado, and the spicy mango shrimp rolls. Everything tasted pretty great and we were happy with the quality of the food. The atmosphere was nice. It was a quiet little spot, tucked away, with an intimate atmosphere. As we were sitting there they added fresh flowers to all the tables. The restaurant and the bathrooms looked clean and we didn't have any wait getting a table.
The cons were that, even though it was clean, there was no soap in the bathroom, we didn't have any soy sauce on our table and had to grab it off another table, and the water they served us was pretty warm. It was poured from a glass jar sitting on the table and it felt as though it had been sitting out for a long time.
Overall it was a good experience and it was worth our money.
😊👌
Excellent food and service. Highly recommend the yellowtail jalepano carpaccio and crispy rice spicy tuna appetizer. Friendly and welcoming staff.
This is the best sushi in NY! Outstanding food, great and friendly service, reasonable prices. Highly recommend
We never have a bad time at Ikyu. It's our favorite sushi place with the best decor and food. Always fresh and delicious. Highly recommend

Favorite Japanese restaurant on UES and one of best in city. Fish is fresh and rolls are delicious. Nice vibe and great service
Great experience for our Valentines Dinner! Got the sushi and sashimi for two. Wasn't crazy expensive only $79 and was very filling and delicious! I love how they gave so much food in portions for two people, so we both got to try new things on each bite. Super modern cozy, would recommend and will for sure go again! Service was great and respectful, host was welcoming, and props to the chefs as well for making the Sashimi so flavorful! I just had it last night, but craving it again already.
booked on opentable and.got confirmed everything. then after 20mins restauant message my personal cell phone number saying there is no the time slot i booked on opentable. had to cancel or change to their time. very unprofessional.
We love having a great Japanese restaurant in our neighborhood. They have the freshest fish and sashimi in the 80's and 90's.
Great service, super clean, and really fresh sushi every time. Been here already 4 times past month.
