This place used to look so nice and elegant years ago. I came for a bachelorette celebration this time. The photos promoted online do not match the visual of the “party” area. The entire experience was tooooo rushed. I was told at one moment we had 30 minutes to finish up. Then someone comes back 2 minutes later with the check saying we had 5 min to leave. We had a reservation set, the restaurant called us during the week to move our appt time up so that the staff could leave early. There was a dull boring feel to the restaurant. The bride barely enjoyed herself. My advice to management: if you are going to promote your establishment for bachelorette parties.. then you need to make sure you are offering the red carpet experience. These are such special memorable moments that you can easily crumble. This brunch area needs to be renovated/redone. The tables are too close. The dining area is way too small.

I had great experience! Attended my girlfriend’s birthday brunch here. The decor, ambiance, DJ/ music, food and drinks were great. It definitely was a vibe! It was a group of us and our amazing waiter Beau made sure we were taken care of and everything went according to plan. He was welcoming, friendly, attentive and provided exceptional service . I can’t thank him enough, his hospitality was appreciated. I definitely will be referring this restaurant to others. Thank you Beau!!Please note: If you are looking for a quiet/ fine dining experience this may not be the option for you. There’s a dj and there’s other group who are celebrating, eating, drinking while singing & dancing on the dance floor. It’s more of a restaurant club if that makes sense. Yes the food & drinks are a bit pricey and you definitely can get this for less else where but i don’t think you would mine if you are there to have a good time and create memorable experience with your love ones.

Went here for a birthday brunch and had the best time. We were at the location on 9th street. It was a lil hard to find since the sign out front says El Coco. Don't be confused you're at the right spot. Everything was perfect from the start. The food was amazing, the DJ did a great job keeping us out our seats. The staff was very attentive especially Beau, he was the absolute best. He made sure everything ran smoothly from ordering our food to bringing out the birthday cake. Would definitely recommend and were definitely going back.

So the actual venue is NOT what you see in the pictures on the website. I visited Il Bastardo 2 summers ago at another huge venue and it was amazing. The current venue is small and is located on the 2nd floor of another restaurant. The menus online are a slight bit different than what is offered on site. Though you get that full bottle of spirits with your food, if you're looking for a turn up brunch, this is not it. Shout out to the guy that serviced us, he was pretty good handling a large group.

Went here for a brunch after getting a last minute cancellation from another spot.Pros:- Accommodated our table same day- Service was decent- Large portionsCons:- The music is SO loud. Do not come here if you want to talk to your table mates . Also, the DJ blares the air horn every five seconds on top of the already loud music.- They do give you a whole bottle with the Prix Fixe menu, but if you want any other drinks that are NOT huge bottles of champagne they will not serve it to you upstairs other than some mini bottles of water.- It got extremely hot in the restaurant and we had to ask 4+ times for the AC to be turned on. Everyone in our group was sweating and uncomfortable.Would come here not for a brunch, but a club vibe.
