Overall experience was good. The atmosphere was quiet, service was great and food was good. The house red wine was very good. Pasta was cooked a little less than al dente.

In fairness, we went during San Genaro feast. It was quite busy. Service was slow, but understandable. Food was okay. I recall going some time ago and it was much better. Still a staple location and will try again in the future.

Went during Sam Gennero festival. The restaurant, food, wine and server were excellent. However they have a problem with the vendor across the street. Playing very loud dance type music. Server said they have spoken with them and even got police involved. Really took away the Italian ambiance of the whole festival. But this should not affect my review of the restaurant as a whole. Would definitely go back just NOT during the San Gennero festival.

As per my rating the restaurant is wonderfully designed. I expected to see Billy Joel on the piano doing my Italian restaurant Waiter was great. The food was terrific and cooked just as ordered. It seems to be a go to for celebrities We will certainly be back here and bring family or friends. !!

The food was good, however, once seated we waited 25 minutes before we were even acknowledged and that was after we asked a staff member if we had a waiter. Following that, it was if we were a bother. Also, bread was stale! We are definitely going to try another place in Little Italy on our next visit.

The solicitation for photos, flowers and music are harassing while trying to eat. We had a party of ten and they set us up on a disjointed square and circle table way in the back. The service was average at best and huge wait time between appetizers and main course.

Open Table did a disservice to this excellent restaurant by allowing me to make a reservation at a time the restaurant isn't even open! I made the reservation for noon on a day they don't open until later in the day! I've eaten at this restaurant many times and it is fantastic. I brought friends from Texas to show it off - but alas - I was not able to do so.
