The food and service were both excellent. The restaurant is nice looking and the staff were all very friendly and prompt when needed. I look forward to going back soon. One note: the restaurant gives two options for paying..cash or credit card but if you charge it, you are charged a 3% fee. While that is the case in so many NY restaurants, it doesn't happen in all states. I wish they would all just raise their prices 3% and NOT have that option because it makes us feel we are paying their charges when they are really responsible for them. This is not a criticism of this restaurant only...I just want restaurants to know how we all feel.

My family and I enjoyed our dinner at Il Divino. Our server, Carmila was great; the service was stellar, and the food quality / preparation was excellent. We were treated like family.

We had a delightful evening but we ordered a side and didn't get it and was charged for it. So didn't love that. Also the risotto was unevenly cooked. Sone parts al dente others were undercooked.

Dinner before a show at New World Stages. Made a reservation and was seated even before rez time! Food was competitively priced and portions were generous! Service was prompt, friendly and efficient. Absolutely recommend this spot in Hells Kitchen!
