We go every year here to celebrate Christmas and look forward to the entire experience. This year was very different for us. We were not greeted with the enthusiasm we were used to. Much more basic like some other chain type places. Our meals were definitely good but just not the same as years past. We had a super weird waiter who kept saying “CoOoOoOL” every time we asked for something however I absolutely LOVE this restaurant. It’s so sexy and delicious. I love the pasta sampler. The langostines though are NOT worth $90. Get the shrimp instead.
We walked in cold, no reservations, a 5 top. They seated us within 5 minutes, the rest of the night, a dream! The waitstaff was so knowledgeable, brushetta and bread immediately, montepulciano in a split second, the best osso bucco in MY life and I’m in the business in Seattle.
