Just love being surrounded by the captivating sights and sounds of Eataly and enjoying a delicious lunch. Wonderful menu and exceptional staff. We always look forward to coming back.
The food was delicious but the service was really poor... our waiter kept forgetting us and then served the salad along with the entrees so it was sitting there etc etc ... he then went n break ... really disappointed
Supplì not bad but the spaghetti with the broccolo insignificant. Espresso Lavazza to avoid.

I ate at Amalfi the rooftop restaurant underneath the twinkling lights. I made the reservation in error at the Il Pesce (fish) restaurant in Eataly and this was a problem as I don't eat seafood! (The description on Open table just says ‘Italian' so I didn't realize!) Anyway the restaurant was wonderful about it and they could accommodate us on the roof at Amalfi. Delicious food in a beautiful atmosphere and I would highly recommend!
We always enjoy Eataly and appreciate that it was an option on Thanksgiving. The food was at the usual high standard and the staff was great. I ordered the Thanksgiving special and my wife ordered off the standard menu ( I loved that both were available).
Went there with my wife on a Saturday and place was packed, which is expected. One too many tables for a small place so the waiters kept bumping hard behind my back and chair rushing to serve others in the middle. No apologies not even acknowledged. I ordered the branzino special for $50 came with arugula salad and fried irregular chunks of potatoes which were soaked in oil and grease . Fish was cooked good but it was the smallest branzino I've ever had and that's a shame. It was the size of a whitening fish . The only things decent were the wine and the salad . The waiter dropped the desert menus and never showed up until 20 min later I'd ask for the check. We shop and dine to eataly all the time but this one was disappointing, at least to this particular restaurant.
Great dinner inside Flatiron Flagship Eataly. Started with a Seafood pasta, shrimp and zucchini fry, finished with a grilled Orato, very sweet and fresh fish with potato and arugula/fennel/orange salad. Finished off with a bottle of Chianti Classico. Dinner was split for 2. We skipped dessert.
On the evening of September 25, we visited your restaurant Il Pesce with the intention of dining. We had our baby with us and needed a high chair, yet the lady in charge offered us no assistance. Despite the restaurant being almost empty, she directed us to a cramped table. What’s more, while she treated other guests who arrived later with a smile, she displayed a dismissive and negative attitude towards us.
This behavior gave us the impression that we were not welcome, particularly because we had a child with us. On the other hand, one of your male staff members was very kind and tried to support us. Nevertheless, this unpleasant experience greatly damaged our overall impression of your restaurant. It is quite surprising that an employee responsible for greeting guests, showing tables, and handing out menus would perform her duties so unwillingly.
I have traveled in the United States and many other touristic regions before, yet I have never encountered such disrespectful treatment. I am seriously filing a complaint against this employee, as I believe such behavior harms the quality and reputation of your restaurant.

My son and I had such a great experience here! Armando was warm, attentive, and professional. The food was delicious—everything came out fresh and full of flavor. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, perfect for enjoying a relaxed meal with family.
One of the highlights was the made-to-order ice cream dessert. It was so good—and big enough for about five people! I highly recommend this restaurant, we left happy and full!

So my beautiful bride brought me to Eataly for lunch, and mamma mia, what a place! We sat at the bar where Reynaldo was our server, an absolute legend. He steered us toward the Tagliatelle alla Bolognese, the Rucola e Finocchio, and the Ravioli di Melanzane.
Fresh pasta? Fuggedaboutit! That stuff is amore on a fork. Every bite felt like Nonna was in the kitchen herself. Watching my girl’s smile with each bite, Bellissimo.
We sipped on a Moscow Mule and a Campari Spritz—la dolce vita in a glass. Honestly, I didn’t think anyone could come close to my Italian girl’s home cooking… and then she brings me here. Brava, Eataly!
