We were looking for a restaurant where we could celebrate our son's birthday and by chance returning to the hotel we entered Punto. We couldn't have found a better place in all of New York. The exquisite food, the attentive staff and Antonio a wonderful person. Don't miss the ice cream salad and the pistachio tiramisú

Found this location one rainy evening after work with friends from out of town. Went for an early dinner and thought it was quiet in this place did we pick a dud. The answer is nooooo. This place filled up quick at the normal dinner hours and it was packed. The service was timely and spot on and the staff were knowledgeable. Food was good and I will be returning with other friends that would enjoy a good Italian meal that is reasonably priced.

A disappointing last NYC dinner. The pasta dishes were overly salted and underwhelming. Our server never came back to check on us until we were ready to leave. I fly once a year to NYC to eat, il Punto was the worse Italian restaurant that I have eaten at in over 20 years.

Servers were friendly and the food was fine, but I was very turned off when the bill arrived and the soup of the day, which was vegetable minestrone, was priced at 22 USD. I was shocked. The price of the soup is not listed on the menu. It did not leave me with a good feeling about the place.

We returned to New York after 2 years and obviously returned to Il Punto, discovered by chance last time.I confirm the impression I had the first time, the food here is truly Italian, in flavours, quality and quantity! The welcome of Antonio, the owner, really deserves a separate chapter. He and his staff created the family environment that remains in the heart.

We have a party of 19 and they set up a separate room for us for no additional cost. The food is authentic and delicious. There are many salads on the appetizers so be careful what you order. Great local venue with great service and ambiance. Highly recommend

One of the most amazing Italian restaurants we have ever been to. The Red Onion Gelato salad is not what you think. Try it. Superb! The Sicilian cookie with Squash jam would s not what you thought. The food is amazing and Antonio ( co owner) was a pleasure to talk to. He let us try his homemade Pistachio Tiramisu. Light as a feather. Everything was Superb!!! Will definitely go back!!!
