Atmosphere wasn't great. The food was good but even the "not spicy" option was still too hot for kids.

This is the best Indian restaurant I've ever tried. The meal served with generous amount and delicious.

Chai had too much cinnamon and sugar. It tasted like chai latte from Starbucks instead of indian chai. Might try some food later. ..............

I made the review while still at the place at how awesome it is.First of, if you are not sure about the dishes or you don't eat indian often (or ever) fear not. They make you order through an app which makes everything much easier with mains, sides and all.Not only is freaking delicious but also it is affordable, you can adjust spice levels to your liking and everything is great. And they were kind enough to offer some tea and samosas after I was done, free of charge.Super nice, super delicious. This was excellent

I am surprised it has taken me this long to try indikitch. I was impressed by how well indikitch has implemented the concept of fast food Indian. For my first visit I got a bowl of dal, a lachha paratha and a chai. After I placed my order on one of the tablets my name was called out within five minutes. The dal and paratha were as good as any you would find in a regular Indian restaurant (take your pick--Tamarind, Junoon). And the chai exceeded my expectations--the quantity, the mix of spices, the taste. As with any good Indian restaurant, if they get their dal and chai right, chances are they know what they are doing. And the prices were quite reasonable. The lofty space and ample seating (at least when I visited in the afternoon) were an added bonus. Clearly fast food comes with a price--most items are not freshly prepared. But if I had to implement fast food Indian from scratch, I would not change a thing. Whether or not Indian food lends itself to a QSR format is up for debate, but indikitch certainly delivers on the promise as best as anyone can.

If there was an option to give zero stars I would’ve given that. The WORST indian food I have had in NYC, stale and undercooked rice which eventually led to food poisoning. The staff was least bothered about what they are serving and the customer feedback. I had some hopes from Deep kitchen as I do have their frozen food time and again but their restaurant is simply AWFUL. You can definitely do better. (West 23rd St.) I had biryani by the way and it wasn’t even close to how it should taste.

I had a terrible experience. I order the food to dine in but after two minutes I had to cancel because of the something came up and I had to leave. I asked them to cancel my order and give me the refund and they refuse saying something that it like they will not refund and it's like Macdonald's as they don't refund it either firstly Macdonald's do refund if you want to cancel your order. As they refuse to refund I asked them to give my food as a take out. A guy in the restaurant first refused that too. But then after the other employe asked me and gave me the order as takeout. The food was also not good.

Food is good but the staff is horrible. Especially the one in the counter getting orders out.

Deep Indian kitchen is a place where you get treats for magnificent Indian dishes. The only thing I would suggest here is, if you are ordering samosa, order it 2 times because the size of the samosa is a bit small.
