The place seems to have been shut down at this location. We couldn’t find it.
This place doesn’t exist anymore? I went to the address and it was a gift shop…
I went there on purpose, but it was closed.
Temporarily closed
Worst experience ever.Unbelievably bad food preparation
The restaurant is closed permanently.
Extremely rude staff. They misplaced my order and upon inquiry started yelling at me for being impatient even after I waited more than one hour. Worst customer service experience ever. I like the food from this chain but never visiting this location again.

I love Indian food. I live in Queens so I'm kind of spoiled with the quality of Indian food but surprisingly for a fast food joint, it's incredibly good. However the kiosks never work.

Worst experience. The guy kept on shouting the place is getting closed in 30 mins and everyone has to leave at 8p sharp because his manager will fire him otherwise. This was after we placed order. It took 25 mins to get the order. He was rude and we a party of 9 rushed to finish food and had it in 5 mins. While we were getting up he came up and started screaming that we have to go out. I told him that give us time to clear the plates and get up. He kept on shouting. I had friends from UK for the first time and got them to Deep thinking they will have a good experience. They got the nastiest experience. I even told the guy I have friends so please don't behave like this. He instead started saying out loud that he doesn't care if my friends are from outside. Never will I go to this place again or refer anyone. I had previously told so many people about the place but this is unbelievable.
This used be my go to place for lunch around 1.5 years back. Recently visited again and was horrible experience. They were only taking online orders, their site was not opening and and they don't have menu displayed anywhere. Somehow we ordered food, but it took around 20 minute for them to prepare our food even there were only 4 customers at that time. Food quality degraded significantly, except Paneer Tikka Masala all other items were below average quality (Rice was completely dried - you can't chew that).

Despite asking for spice level 2, spice level 3 was provided. They missed giving the naan along with the take out order. The salad smelled so bad that the had to use a freshner in the car when we opened the box.
I didn’t like the food here anymore. Ordered something a little spicy and they made it so spicy that I couldn’t even eat it.
Whoever is running the operations of this place needs to be replaced. Systems were down and only 1 iPad was working. It took 30 minutes for the order to arrive during prime lunch time! Do better.
If you guys are not providing the dine in service, inform the customer before they order. We will have different plans, just because you don't provide dine in we can't change our plans. We can find different restaurants.
SO SLOW OMG.
Food, good spices, solid 3. Service -1.
