Ordered from the prix fixe menu--Bao Bun, Rib-Eye Steak & S'mores sundae. Food was fabulous--great taste and portion size for the money. Drinks were ordinarily expensive for NY but a healthy pour (2 Gin/Tonics). Veronica, our server was friendly and attentive. The only "downside" to service was that after getting your meal (which by the way is quick), you get the feeling of being rushed. During the meal, staff walked by eyeing our plates and kept asking multiple times, "Are you finished?" Too bad.
Great atmosphere and very creative brunch menu. Cocktails were delicious and ourserver Ryan made our experience a 12/10! Can't wait to go back !
Just a little disappointed this year that the greenhouses were prefixed menu. It didn't say that when I booked the reservation. Having been coming for a few years and had out of town friends visiting and was excited to sit in them in the snow last night but didn't because of the menu restrictions. Still had a great time and food was delicious always.
I had a lovely burger at the restaurant. We chose the three course option for the holidays and sat outside in a private, enclosed capsule. It was very quaint. However, you just need to do the experience once and that is it. So, I most likely will be returning in the summer to sit outside. Inside was extremely loud. I would recommend this restaurant just for the experience. The food was good and the service was great. However, the price is way overpriced.
Wow, what an incredible experience at their alpine luxe ski chalet experience in the city. The Industry Kitchen did a fantastic job to create such an amazing atmosphere for the dinner to be in such an intimate setting. The ski chalet was nicely designed and the food was great. The ski lift chair, cornhole, bench, Christmas tree, Adirondack chairs ….., all of them created an awesome experience for everyone to enjoy and take amazing pictures. We just love it! Come and experience your own.
We came here on thanksgiving - great food, great service and good atmosphere. Recommended!
The restaurant has an impressive industrial-kitchen aesthetic that feels modern and energetic. The open layout lets you see the culinary action, which adds excitement to the dining experience. The food was well-prepared and flavorful, and the service was attentive without being intrusive. Overall, it's a great spot for anyone who enjoys bold design paired with quality dining.
My family had a fantastic time! The entire team at Industry Kitchen was welcoming and pleasant. Eddie took great care of us, and helped our youngest decided on a great kid friendly meal. We will definitely return.
We had a great experience at lunch yesterday. There were six of us celebrating the birthday of 10-year old twins. The staff members were all lovely and attentive. The menu was great, and the food was delicious.
Absolutely fantastic dining experience! We discovered this restaurant on our last day in NYC while attending PlantCon, conveniently right across from our hotel. The lamb and beef meatballs with feta and tzatziki were incredible, and the custom lemon drop martinis—passion fruit, apple, and lychee—were phenomenal (we had three!). The pizza was outstanding, easily rivaling what you’d find in Italy. Our server, Jonas from Brazil, provided exceptional service, making us feel completely welcome, and the manager even stopped by our table. Truly a wonderful team. I just wish we had found this place sooner!

Best Christmas/Holidays New York City restaurant I've had the opportunity to visit! Outstanding service, great menu with options for everyone. Right off the Wall Street/Pier 11 ferry stop, which is a really fun way to get there for $4.50 per person with great views of the Brooklyn Bridge. Indoor and outdoor seating are both very good. There's a bar side of the restaurant that's more grown-upy but there's also a family-friendly side of the restaurant.

I was really excited to try Industry Kitchen because it got good reviews online and on social media. I scheduled a reservation and didn't end up needing it, as no one was dining there. The service was alright, the server acknowledged it was my birthday and asked me to pick out a dessert from the menu. When we got the bill I was charged for the dessert - which granted I didn't clarify, but don't offer a sundae for a special occasion and then charge me $17 for it. The food was overpriced for the quality. The flatbread and pizza arrived at just over room temperature despite there being no one dining in the restaurant besides a few tables outside. The fries were undercooked. We spent a total of 2.5 hours dining which I felt was way too long again for nobody being there. The total bill was $140 AFTER a $50 off $100+ order for 3 drinks, a flatbread, a pizza, fries, and the “birthday” sundae. I wouldn't come back nor recommend this restaurant.
Been here twice now, appetizers are on the smaller side but the entrees are pretty sizeable. We got the lobster tacos, bao buns, and a buffalo chicken flatbread which was my personal favorite of the three. Only pizza I’ve had so far was the burrata & prosciutto which was also very tasty, good to share between 2-3 people I would say as an entree. Service was great and the atmosphere is also a plus. Would visit again

We grabbed a last minute res here before a party in the area. I don’t know what tourists are hyping this spot up but I cannot stress enough that you could walk into any dive bar with subpar bar food and have a better dining experience. Pizza was on par with a $7 frozen selection from Walmart. The “boa buns” were the opposite of doughy and soft. The quesadilla and fries were both masked with truffle to bring out any sort of “good flavor” and had nothing else of note. Overall, as a local, I am ashamed I ate here. From the volume of reviews with a 4.4+ avg rating, you’d think this was a safe option no matter what you’re looking for. It is not and I’m shocked they are still operating.
