Great cookies, but the customer service is simply abysmal. The poor service starts with the workers, and extends all the way up to the manager; he's ill-mannered, short tempered, and just plain obnoxious. It's beyond me how the people in charge were entrusted a store to run with such terrible attitudes. I refuse to return to this location until the management/staff turns over.

The place is unbearably hot on a summer day. I walked in and nearly passed out, I thought this was Satan’s cookieshop it was that hot. lil shop of horrors and extreme heat stroke. The cookies were good though

I was having a bad day, but Kyle's energy was very chill and welcoming, I forgot what I was even upset about. I'd love to have him as a manager. Ana dished out warm cookies.
