The cookies are good. However, for delivery orders this location gets their orders wrong way, way too much. The location also cancels orders way, way too much for lack of delivery personnel. It's a very poorly managed store.

There was an issue with my delivery, but when I called the supervisor answered and was very helpful. The woman who delivered my cookies was SO sweet and nice! Cookies are delicious as always, i tried the caramel ice cream and its AMAZING. They didn't have one of my cookie flavors so replaced it with another kind I ordered, and I appreciate that they wrote it on the ticket so I'd know why it was replaced. All in all despite the tracker messing up everybody was really cool about it and helpful, especially the woman who delivered!!

I repeat,DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! They will mess up your order. You will not get what you ask for, or you won't get anything at all. They're still stealing from you. They don't answer phone calls because they know they messed up. I'm not sorry to say this, but they need to fire them or close that place down.

This place smells and feels cozy the worker’s are very cool and awesome.
I think they are very good but expensive cookies, which is why I don't give them 5 stars (although that is not a surprise being the USA). They are somewhat cheaper than Levain's (you also have the option of ordering some simpler ones that are even cheaper) and I personally like them better.

This isn’t the place for ambiance. Insomnia Cookies is a corporate chain and the Harlem location is an efficiency sized space. However, if you are on the go and craving cookies, this is your spot. I like how you can ask, “ what is in the oven?” You can wait outside if you have time. Sometimes, you can request fresh cookies and wait, I prefer semi- soft (undercooked) so they melt in my mouth. It depends who’s the cashier, if they would accommodate you. The vegan flavors are good! They don’t have butter so don’t expect them to have a buttery taste! The non vegan flavors are great too.
