It was my first time at this location, and honestly, the atmosphere was sad, Does a late night cookie spot need to be so uninviting—way too bright, and something just felt off. I ordered three cookies, but two of them were disappointing. The oatmeal raisin and campfire cookies were so bad I couldn’t even eat them, maybe overbaked. The smallest cookie, though, was fantastic!

John A is the best there the cookies are fresh and delicious and 3 dollars for a big cookie is amazing to me my dad and siblings had a wonderful time definitely will go again that was one thing I had on my list and for the first time ever going there is the best experience ever and when u walk in u can just smell the amazing cookie fresh only thing is i wish they were closer to were I live i highly recommend this spot absolutely amazing definitely coming again soon ? ???

This location is absolute trash. The workers always have nasty attitudes, they NEVER have the mini cookies, and majority of the menu is always "out of stock" - how are you supposed to be open until 1AM with no cookies? The workers get paid $18+ just to sit on their phones all day doing absolutely nothing so I truly do not understand how they never have anything.
I got inside the store there was no welcome and when I said greeting to them they looked at me like I was high or something. They were using cussing words like there were no customers at the store. It looks like they did not have supervision or manager around.

Girl with red braided hair is extremely rude. I walked in to blasting music she acted as if I interrupted her when I tried to order she told me nothing was ready after I saw her taking out cookies out of a pan this place opens at 11am I walked in at 1pm 2 hours after opening and nothing is ready she should be

Never been to insomnia cookies came in with my husband 1/24 at about 2 pm and was met with the worst customer service with an unnecessary attitude. She was on the phone with someone on her AirPods and when we asked a question she said “that was mad rude” implying we interrupted her personal phone call. Excuse me, you’re at WORK. We were left speechless and promptly left. I don’t know what the issue was, if it has to do with us being LGBTQ or what. Incredibly terrible experience, won’t ever go back to insomnia cookies. This employee should be fired.
