Need better customer service. Whoever is in here on 10/01/24 at 1:15pm did not even show her face the near 10 mins I was waiting to be attended to. Not so much as an “I’ll be with you shortly”. Maybe more staff is needed but this is a very poor service approach

Pretty fast service as it was a lot less crowded when I visited. Might be easy to miss as it's sandwiched between two apartment buildings. Deluxe Triple Chocolate is a must try.

I received an alert that my order was delivered. I checked outside my door/building & there was no sign of this delivery. I called the store at 11:08pm to notify them & rep said there’s nothing she can do since it was sent via a 3rd party/Postmates. She then remained silent on the phone not offering any way of fixing this, despite me ordering directly through your site. I asked her what can she do to fix & she responded with “I have no idea.” I’m upset because I spent MY money on this & I am not getting proper customer service from your rep. So I asked if I can either get another attempt at the delivery or my money back. She said “I can put through another order but i can’t guarantee you’ll get it since it’s a 3rd party.” How am I supposed to feel confident in doing business with you guys? This rep needs to be trained and be more helpful and understanding to customers. I asked her to proceed w/ order & she hung up on me, so I have no idea if this is being redelivered or not. I am beyond baffled by the extremely poor customer service from this rep. She could have done much better with the way she communicated with me…I am beyond disappointed.

We visited late last night for a midnight snack. The guys that work here are awesome - super friendly and funny! And the cookies + ice cream are phenomenal.
The girl working there late tonight around 11 had a great attitude. Busy and needy customers and she kept a great attitude throughout. She made the experience stress free! Will return ? yummy cookies
We are traveling from Wisconsin. And today we stop to this shop, the service was so rude, the lady in Front counter had a really bad attitude. Bad service throwing for cups and yelling bad to us.
