I’ve been to several insomnia cookies but none like this one. Big shoutout to Rasheed, Adrian, Sky and El Mexicano (George) they are amazing! Great vibes even though it’s late at night, they wasted no time to turn a bad night into a memorable one. Will be coming back! :)

I ordered cookies from this place well in advance for our small, intimate wedding on a boat near Chelsea. When the delivery was over an hour and a half late, I ended up calling the main call center to find out where it was. Unfortunately, no one at the specific location would answer our call from us or the call center. Eventually, the call center did get in touch, and while an order was delivered, it wasn’t our order. We had to delay leaving the port just to wait for the delivery. The most frustrating part was that we specifically ordered vegan and gluten-free cookies for guests with dietary restrictions, but they weren't included.

This has been a consistent issue with Insomnia Cookies. While the cookies themselves are fantastic, the delivery service is consistently unreliable, and more often than not, we receive the wrong order.

My wife wanted to stop here and buy a cookie and a bottle of water. We bought a cookie but skipped on the $5.00 bottle of water. The cookie hit the spot, and the young man who helped her choose was so polite and patient. We will definitely make a stop if we are near again. Can't wait to try the ice cream next

Manager and team needs to be fired. Worst Insomnia in the city. They never stock any of their items appropriately. Always out of ice cream. Cookies always come cold.

Decided to utilize Insomnia’s cookie delivery and late hours while sick. Ordered 4 cookies near 11 pm. We live 4 blocks away and it took an hour to receive them. Cookies were malformed but it seems we got an extra cookie in the box for compensation. Not mad but just confused by everything. Makes me wish I had just made the hike to go in person or waited until another day.

There’s consistent unprofessional and unfriendly service at most Insomnia Cookies around the city, but this location goes the extra mile. Just stopped by at 1:45pm on a Thursday and was told “we’re not open yet.” (They open at 11:15am) They should just install cookie vending machines at these places since no one working there seems interested in interacting with customers.

I just placed an order online that was supposed to come with chocolate ice cream and brownie bites when my delivery driver dropped it off he told me the store didn’t have my ice cream, I called the store to figure out what was going on. Adrian picked up the phone and was very disrespectful he did advise me that they were out of chocolate ice cream and he doesn’t even know why it’s on the menu I said “okay no problem, but next time do you mind just calling me so I can possibly pick another flavor or maybe cancel the order if necessary Adrian became very disrespectful and began telling me that I was already refunded for the order, and he was the only one in the store at the time (the refund was never the problem I simply wanted ice cream ?) as someone who also works in food service I know how that is but it never stopped me from calling the customer or even waiting until the delivery guy approaches and kindly asking them to call the customer it literally takes less than a minute to do so, it doesn’t hurt to be kind or speak to people in a respectful manner.
