Workers were rude and nasty. Came around 11pm. Couldn't order 4 big cookies because it was closing time. Closing time is 1am. Been to insomnia it’s fantastic. This location is horrible. Dont go to this location.

If I could give negative stars I would. The customer service at this location is very lack there of when you ask for a specific order. The gentleman behind the counter refused to do the work stating that he would only provide certain cookies and not offer. What was on the menu very nasty and non-apologetic. I’ve been to insomnia before they’re normally great. I would avoid this location at all cost.

Closed 35 minutes early tonight and said they couldn’t take my order. That’s unacceptable. Think about the customers who traveled to get there and be turned away.

The staff at this location is pathetic. They have some serious attitude problems. If you don’t like your current job, get a new one instead or taking your life frustrations out on your customers. They close the shop 30 minutes before it’s supposed to close. Does the manager not care about how much business you’re losing? When they open, the cookies are not ready. If you open at 11, get there at 10:45 so that the cookies are ready at 11, it’s not rocket science. This location needs to hire more competent and friendly staff and get rid of the rude and lazy staff that’s currently there.
