These are the best bagels I’ve had in this area. Hands down. I worked in a few of the best shops in nyc (so I love a good bagel) and since moving to the heights I haven’t found a spot with hand rolled bagels. These are hand rolled and the perfect chewy texture. My go to tester is an untoasted everything with scallion and it was delicious. I wish I lived a little closer cause I’d be there every day. They also put the perfect amount of cream cheese. $5 cash Will be back....
They have a great selection of bagels and spreads. I will say though, it is a little pricey. A bagel with cream cheese spread is almost $5 and doesn’t have that much cream cheese. Service is decent depending on who’s there. Wait time is quick despite the many orders they have. There is no table or eating space inside, so be ready to take out.
5 stars for flavor, 3 stars for cost. I was skeptical that a place all the way uptown would have bagel sandwiches worth the hefty $15 price tag. I was so pleasantly surprised when I tasted the sandwich and was blown away by the flavor. I got a bacon egg and cheese with spicy aioli (highly recommend the aioli). The flavor was 5/5. I do think they could stand to adjust their prices. A BEC sandwich is listed as $8.75 but then you have to pay extra for any cheese other than American...
