Pizza is middling, but the big problem is they're dishonest (more below). If you're looking for quality you'd be better off across 9th at one of their new places or 4 blocks up at the dollar slice place - far better sauce and crust.I happened to make an online order for pickup (the place further uptown was in the wrong direction and usually busy, for good reason). I arrived to pickup my pizza, even a few minutes late, and when asked the person at the desk said they had no order for that name. They checked with coworkers and had nothing on record. They then checked their fax machine (which is a whole different level of nonsense) and discovered my order and told me they could make it but it would 15 minutes.Obviously one does not make orders in advance to sit at a humid, sticky pizza place. I told them to skip it and just cancel the order. The response - "We can't.""Why not?""We can't, but you can.""There's no way to cancel an order that's already gone beyond pickup time - if there's any way at all. I'm sure you can if you ran out of something.""We can't.""I don't believe that.""Well ok I can but I have to call my manager."I told the gentleman at the desk to call his manager and get it done. On my way out I checked the confirmation email from Get Sauce (their e-commerce provider) and the reply address was a Support@ address, not a no-reply address, so I dropped them a line while still on the corner. The rep who answered said they'd look into it.A full week later I got a reply from Get Sauce - they claim the restaurant "confirmed they prepared the order after having tablet issues and the order was not picked up. Food was made" which is absolutely not the case.I can forgive missing an order - it's a busy Saturday night, etc. etc. But lying about it to a service provider over a $30 pizza bill - that's absurd and bad business.

Visitor review... lol I don't like red sauce but coming to New York I knew I wanted to try pizza .. my husband loveeesss pizza... we where leaving a ferry tour our hotel was located near Times Square.. some how We ended up at i pizza on 9th ave... the ambiance of the space is small and straight to the point.. but anyway as soon as I saw the pizza crust I told him to try the pizza... we sliddd over to the counter and ordered a pepperoni slice the worker placed it in the oven and I yelled make it extra crispy... when that slice came out the oven and my husband folded it and took it bite. First thing he said was babyyyyyyy this pizza is so good.. so of course I got a slice of pizza cheese for me because I don't eat pork .. andddddd itttt was bomb.

This establishment is not worth your time or money. The customer service is poor. The employees are rude and unhelpful. They would rather stare at you in confusion than help you have a pleasant experience enjoying a food item that is sub-par and overpriced. I cannot recommend this place. I advise that you steer clear and do not eat here.

Should have listened to the reviews. Stopped here randomly one night and it was a mistake. Service is fine but the pizza tastes like a frozen one you get at the grocery store. Only got one star because the place is fine and people are kind.

Wow! Definitely the worst slice I have had in NYC! Top ten worst ever, anywhere! SIX DOLLARS for 1 slice!!! dude throws it in the oven and then hands it to me with parts of the top cold....And, there is enough sugar in the sauce to choke a horse. DISGUSTING!

Fresh faster food on Columbus as a regular on the way home to New Jersey. Friendly customer service and welcome greeting. The food variety of pizza, Jamaican beef Pattie', steak and chicken sandwiches. Burgers, fries and deserts. Overall the restaurant is clean and peaceful to eat in during you're free time. Thank you staff and to iPizza. Will see you soon again.

This is hands-down THE worst pizza in HK. The crust has zero flavor, and the cheese is… barely cheese. The one thing you can taste is the cheapness of ingredients. $5/6 a slice at that. I opted to throw my slice out after 2 bites. Never again ?

Very tasty pizza and great prices. There’s even some Krispy chicken for those who fancy that next to the pizza.

A great slice shop. The sauce was nice and flavorful with plenty of oregano. Prices are great. I tried the cheese, margarita, and square margarita. All good, I think square was my favorite. We tried the chocolate cake too, though it was just fine. Very friendly service. Ambiance is what you expect.

I don't know about you, but I love their pizzas. I'm not big on tomato sauce on my pizzas and they just put the right amount on it. There is nothing better than an independent pizza shop than a big brand pizza shop. If you are planning to visit the west side of Time Square, remember to stop by and grab a slice.

Best Pizza Place and tons of yummy pasta dishes and creative, hearty salad options.

I can grab a Great pepperoni Stromboli while doing laundry across the street. Pleasant staff. Clean restroom. Looking forward to trying the Buffalo wings.
