Recommended by an office friend and worth it. Quick service, didn't have to wait for table, we were 7 people. All dishes came well presented and full of flavor. Not a big place, but what lacks in size delivers in quality. We loved it, even the children enjoyed it. Will be back.

Honestly disappointed. Had a lot of ippudo in Japan so came with expectations that it would be similarly tasting, but unfortunately unlike Ichiran, the flavors just didn't reflect the authentic tastes of Ippudo Japan. The broth was nowhere near as rich and flavorful as the original, portions are much smaller (i hardly got enough broth) even the customization options weren't similar to the Japan restaurants. NY ramen is always pricier so prices are comparable to other stores, but if you want a more realistic authentic taste of ramen, I would not recommend this place.

Over priced and food portion is really small. Not worth it
Went here for dinner based on recommendation from sibling. We went late. We called in for reservations and the lady said they don’t take reservations since we large party and she even said we would be sat separately. Well we took our chance and went there and there was literally no one!! So lucky for us we got to sit together.
Ordered sodas and my hubby was really thirsty and finished his soda only to find out that there are no free refills!! 🤦🏻♀️ I mean it’s a machine soda! Really?! I told everyone else to sip the sodas. 😅
The ramen was good though and the katsu chicken was good as well.
