One of my favorite ramen in the city. Broth is out of this world flavorful. They were not busy when we got there close to opening.
The cushions and tables have really started to show wear so would love to see that upgraded to enhance the vibe.

The service was I guess the best you could expect with a language barrier. I think they mostly speak Italian or something m. But the food was good. I wish the portion of vegetables on the side was bigger

Very average ramen being only slightly better than Japanese supermarket ramen yet you pay almost 30bucks for a bowl. Overpriced food and indifferent staff and very curt and not personable. Underwhelming dining experience
For me personally, another major letdown was the seating where I had to sit, without any exaggeration, 1 inch from another table. There was only that much room between another diner and myself. Very uncomfortable and uninviting atmosphere and I hate overhearing other people's convo during service. The establishment is on the brink of an epic fall from its glory days more than a decade ago.

If you're a ramen fan or love Japanese cuisine, you would love this restaurant.
Finding a table is easy during lunch hours.
Staff is attentive and responsive.
Food is just great. We ordered a rice plate with chicken.
The portion size is just right for a person.
Tables and cutlery were clean and maintained hygiene standards.
What deserves a special mention?
The menu is rich and has ample options for ramen lovers. The seating options suit groups as well as individuals.
What could be better?
The entrance is hidden. Most would just miss it. Might wanna make it welcoming.

Ippudo is good quality ramen. I love getting the pork buns for takeout when I want a snack

Came here to have dinner with friends. Ordered the Dragon tantan ramen and it was delicious. Appetizer of Manhattan Bridge (roll) and it was very good. Accompany with Yuzu Gimlet that was refreshing.
Friends ordered and enjoyed the vegetarian ramen. A bit pricey.
Recommended.

Ippudo is a great restaurant. We order delivery from them frequently. But they’ve become dishonest recently in the portions given out on delivery. I’ve tried contacting the restaurant rather than resorting to public reviews, but they won’t answer the phone or respond to messages. It’s frankly disappointing. Here are photos of two orders of spicy cucumbers ($10 each). A great dish, but combined, literally 25% of one order you’d get in the restaurant. This is the third time this has happened to us. And it’s getting worse.
