Great place to see live jazz. Clean airy and non claustrophobic like the blue note which is way too dense. At iridium you dont have to actually touch the three people around you. Or have their earwax fall in your drink.
I dont buy stinky food when in a crowded club but the food I did order was great and presented nicely.
I've been here dozens of times. It always amazes me how many people just walk in as tourists, not even knowing the performer. Its like they have no idea who they are seeing, but it's just a few people. Depending on the performer, most of the audience buys tickets in advance, knows exactly who they are seeing and they are not disappointed. Check out their website, give them your email and you'll find something wonderful.

Over crowded, hot, unable to enjoy the entertainment.

Great venue and good variety of artists new and old. Food and drinks are a bit expensive, but standard for Time Square.

Saw Les there. On an overnight when I was a flight attendant. Had long LGA all month. Bought tickets with another musician friend and crew member.

Lovely space, good sound balance, totally enjoyed the performance. Somehow we didn't realize that there was a minimum per person. The AC and lots of ceiling fans were running on that hot day, so I was glad to have brought a jacket.

We sat very close to the stage and I have to say the sound person did a great job not blasting you iut

A very hidden place, where you go into a basement but with a spectacular atmosphere.

Where there is a different performance every day.

We went without tickets but the staff were impeccable and found us a good table.

The show itself was breathtaking with a fantastic singer.

As for the food, the dishes were very well prepared and the portions were large. We didn't go hungry.

The drinks are also good.

And I couldn't forget to mention the friendliness and quick service of all the staff.

I highly recommend it and will be back.
