It's a pity because the service and food was excellent. But it was freezing inside. We had to change tables further away from the main door as did multiple tables. People were wearing their jackets. That's not what you expect from a fine restaurant like this. Turn on the heat! No idea why they let it get so cold. That said the service and food were excellent. The service was great! The poor rating is due to the undercooked chicken. My mother ordered the chicken and when she cut into the breast, it was still pink. This is a huge oversight and could have made my mother sick. They tried to make it up by giving us free donuts, but I wouldn't take the risk again at Iris.

I had a wonderful dinner at Iris Mediterranean. The grilled seafood stood out right away — fresh, tender, and seasoned just enough to bring out the natural flavor without overpowering it. Each component tasted clean and thoughtfully prepared. The lamb kebab was another highlight. It was juicy, well-spiced, and cooked to the perfect level of tenderness.
