Busy, but with quick service and lots of seating. Great place for a catch up or to knock out some remote work.

Coffee and pastries were excellent. Plenty of seats to relax and enjoy your coffee. Just a short walk from the Natural History Museum.

Not a coffee connoisseur but I think it’s good? Cappuccino was okay, I wouldn’t get it again, but that might just be bc I don’t typically drink coffee. So take this dumb review with a grain of salt
Ordered a latte, but received hot milk with coffee. $6.26 + tip.

I am not going to give much opinion, I only recommend this place to share a coffee. I do not recommend the food they have since it is pre-cooked, not something that is made fresh instantly. They didn't meet my expectations. Spend a lot of $ for a heated meal it's not worth it 👎

Coffee is hit or miss, pastries are good but sometimes scarce or stale (think they order from an outside source). The staff is friendly and there’s a lot of space to lounge.
To the Management Team,
I have been a loyal customer of your coffee shop for over a year and have always enjoyed your offerings. However, I am compelled to bring a serious issue to your attention that I find deeply concerning.
It appears that the restroom facilities have not been properly cleaned in a significant amount of time (I have seen the same hair for 6 months) potentially as long as a year. The unsanitary conditions, as shown in the attached photos, are unacceptable and pose a serious health hazard to both customers and staff. It is shocking and disappointing to see such neglect, especially in a place where cleanliness should be a top priority.
This is not just a matter of aesthetics; it reflects poorly on your business and risks potential closure by health inspectors if not immediately addressed. I strongly urge you to take swift action to rectify this issue. Regular cleaning and maintenance of the restroom facilities should be implemented without delay to ensure a hygienic environment for everyone.

Horribly disappointed in their chai latte with almond milk. It’s now $7.89 and I gave $1 tip. The spices/flavor was weak I felt like I was mostly drinking milk. I asked for more chai than milk, they said that’s already how they make it. Years ago theirs was my absolute favorite in all of nyc, very spicy/not sweet, then they changed the recipe. I had not been in a long time and I was hoping for the old one. The people working were very friendly and professional, so I did not want to complain.

If I’m paying $5 for a cortado (!) I expect a lot better than this. I’ve been a patron for over 10 years and the skill of the baristas has really gone down. Food is good and everyone is pleasant, which is why I’m not giving less stars.

Best herbal/hibiscus tea in Manhattan. Sweeten it accordingly with the classic/house syrup on the self-serve stand. I don’t know why they don’t have WiFi though, makes no sense.

I went for breakfast a couple of days. Decent products, the yogurt was very tasty, the bagel was also good. Pretty good coffee. The place is spacious and comfortable.

Staff not very nice. No wifi. Expensive. Typical overrated Upper West Side café.
