Overnight oats + lavender mint tea

Stopped in first thing on a Saturday morning. Wonderful space and friendly baristas. Ordered an oat latte and oatmeal with seasonal fruit. First, the latte, which was very good and I'll definitively return for another. However, the oatmeal is where they fall flat (I can't comment on the other foods but there were many other happy customers enjoying their meals). Its beauty with cinnamon swirl throughout seemed to signify it would be a tasty complement to the blueberries and strawberries, but this didn't happen. Instead the oatmeal was tasteless and with an odd sticky consistency. Overall, this is a great cafe but maybe don't order the oatmeal.

Our first coffee/breakfast stop while in New York for this visit. We were not disappointed! Delicious, coffee, good customer service, and delightful cuisine. Don't be worried if you do not see a seat, there is seating downstairs. Enjoy!!

My coworker convinced me to accompany him on a "coffee run" to Irving Farm and it was surprisingly very nice and your standard "hipster hot spot". They included the latte art on my beverage which is a must. I was disappointed they don't offer a Hazelnut option.

The salad turned out to be the best. Pancake was pretty good. Flavor of the avocado toast was great but I thought the bread could be a be toasted so it is at least a bit crispy.

My avocado toast was so delicious. And the salad was well seasoned.

There’s seating in the basement. Stairs behind the bar.

Man, I just wish Irving Farm carried almond milk. A girl can dream. But I got an oat milk cappuccino, and even though it's so expensive for the small cup, it was super smooth and the right level of bitter. Their coffee never needs any sugar, which I appreciate. This location has a good number of seats and is clean, but it can get loud, so beware if you need a calm space. The service is nice and works nonstop, but the line can get almost out the door. Love how open and sunny it is.

This place has a small seating area and it's very popular. However, everything they serve is very good. If you're staying at a hotel in the area, it's a good place to take things back for later.

Great music in the background. Not to loud but not to quiet. Just right. Nice staff. Fast service. Great chai and matcha. Internet but ni plugs so come fully charged. Lots of natural light in a sunny day but also shelter in a raining day like today.

Was walking by after a business meeting and stopped in for a latte. Friendly folks and quick service. A great option if you are nearby!

I stopped by on the way to a dumpling spot further down the street, and I decided to chill and wait for my friend here at Irving Farm. The ambiance is chill and relaxed, and the drinks are priced fairly. It's a great place to chat with a friend, get some work done, or just people watch quietly. I got an iced chai latte, which is pretty out of the ordinary for me, and I actually really enjoyed it! I've been put off from most places' chai due to it being overly sweet, but this one had a great balance of sweet, milky, and warmth from the chai spice. Probably one of the best chai lattes I've had!

Great coffee. Fun atmosphere. Staff can be sort of absent. I'm saying that in kindness. A hello! How's your day going? Never hurt to offer customers KINDNESS.
