The coffee is… well it tastes like coffee, but $10 for an iced latte with and extra shot (16oz I think)? I get its all about location, but that’s just insane.
I used to love grabbing an Americano from Irving Farm NY, it’s just a minute from my office and the coffee tastes great.
But on 6/9/25, I had such a bad experience that I won’t be coming back. I stopped by around 9:20 a.m. and the barista (she said her name was Sally) was chatting with a customer who had already ordered and completely ignored me. I waited a few minutes, then left.
I came back at 9:45 a.m., and when it was finally my turn in line, someone tried to cut ahead. I spoke up, but the barista just laughed. She took my order, let the guy order after me, and then made his coffee first. When I asked, she said, “Don’t worry, I’ll make yours in a few minutes, you’ll be fine,” in a really dismissive tone.
It felt rude and unprofessional. Sadly, not going back after that.
The shop is inside the building lobby, you feel the formal office vibe, but the drinks and coffee is great. And the staff is friendly.

Very sour coffee. Not a huge vibe but very functional / fast
The service was great and quick but there's no toaster oven to heat up pastries. The hot chocolate was fine but pretty bland and the matcha latte, unfortunately, wasn't good.
It’s really good coffee. We got the triple shot iced lattes and I would get them again. Coffee quality was perfect. They were made quickly in front of us and we chatted with the nice barista as he made them.

Got a cold brew with oat milk, after it rained and halfway through drinking it, noticed a fly’s body. Doubt it came into my drink after the rain.

They’re too slow in the morning when people are trying to get to work. Today after I placed my order and as they were preparing it, the worker said to the trainee, you don’t have to go fast, you can be more relaxed because here it’s about making a good coffee, or something like that, meanwhile that worker messes up my order with the wrong milk and had to start over. There’s always a line here in the morning and now I know why.

The coffee was good, but the pastries left much to be desired. Take, for instance, the chocolate croissant—dry as the Sahara.

The flavor of this coffee has been growing on me. Very fresh and balanced. It's one of my favorite flavors in the neighborhood, alongside King's Street Coffee. The ambience is nice and clean, ok, but it is just an entrance of a building, no decoration. They have a few warm food items besides pastries.

This is a cafe in a building on the corner of Broadway and 32nd Street. This cafe is always crowded as it is located in a large building with high ceilings. Recently, a green tea specialty cafe opened in the same building, making it a bit quieter. The coffee tastes good and the open atmosphere is great.

Nice location. The espresso was bitter which is over extracted. Not terribly, but I make better at home for $3.95US.

Such a terrible coffee… Not sure why they charge higher price than any other much better coffee shops. It’s not worth even half of it. Service is very mediocre as well, baristas and cashiers look like they hate being there.
