Revisited Ishida for the first time since 2019 or so. The toppings for vegan menu items are simple and fresh, nothing particularly unique but tasty, with a somewhat small serving of sliced fried tofu. But the broth and noodles are what make it - shoyu and miso broths are both really balanced and noodles are chewy. Appreciate the vegan appetizers section and the potato salad is a nice starter or accompaniment to ramen.

Cozy restaurant with a focused menu. I got the Tokyo Shio ramen and was blown away by how the broth had such a deep flavor while keeping a crisp, clear texture. Just an excellent bowl of ramen, all around.
If I could complain about one thing, it would be that I think I could manage to eat 2 bowls - the portion sizes are on the smaller side.
