I'm regrettably leaving a bad review because of an incident today. I had been a happy repeating customer. Today, they missed an item in my order. I only realized it after the delivery person had left, my kids had started eating. When I called, the receptionist was very nice and tried to help. But the manager absolutely refused to admit the mistake, or apologize. Look, I have no intention or incentive to cause trouble, except to just get what I paid for. I understand sometimes things get busy and they forget to put an item in the delivery bag. It's not the California roll I'm upset about. It's the awful manager who was yelling at the receptionist (I could hear him on the phone in the background). I asked if I can just talk to him, he told her he was busy (I could hear him too). If he really cared about the business or his customers, he could've just talked to me for a second, apologize, and maybe that would be that. But he was just grumpy and didn't care about a repeating customer. Too bad. Won't be going back.

The sushi platter for two ($59) was so good. It comes with soup or salad. We also got the eggplant and calamari karaage.

Thoroughly mediocre - food, ambience, service. Waited 20 minutes for my spider roll. Waiter told me "it didn't go through on the computer." After at least a half hour it was finally served drowned in eel sauce and mayonnaise. I HATE eel sauce. Sent it back. The Chilean sea bass, which I've had many times, is decent but far from sufficient for a dinner. I left hungry. There is no manager. No one to offer an apology or any sort of accommodation. I will not be returning anytime soon. Sad to say!

Excellent and very friendly service. We craving sushi today and decide to try this place when I walk in I wasn't very happy from the decoration. But when the waiter came over and we start ordering and the food came to the table I forgot everything and I really enjoy everything. It was sooooooo good I definitely recommend that restaurant and I will go back . Thank you isohama for the great dinner I had today.

The sushi is very delicious. We tried only rolls, we loved the Spicy tuna and the BBQ one, which they have, which is unbeatable. Exquisite! Everything we ordered is delicious and well presented.The service was very good and they were friendly! We will definitely return when we are in the area.
The food was very good and the service was very nice they waiters were very nice and the front desk was very sweet the sushi was very fresh and tasty i would recommend the crispy rice roll and the spider roll
