Terrific service, very good food. With the doors open to the street, the feeling of sitting outside is nice except for the traffic and emergency vehicle noise.

Lovely cafe/trattoria vibe. Modern, chic, quiet and relaxing. Great Italian food.

What a gem! Verdello completely exceeded our expectations. The food was phenomenal--authentic Italian flavors with a modern touch. We tried the Burrata pizza and the steak plate, both beautifully cooked and packed with flavor. The cocktail (Aperol Spritz) was refreshing and perfectly balanced. (Not sour at all!)
The ambiance was relaxed yet stylish, with a lovely indoor-outdoor setup that made the whole experience feel like a European summer escape. The service was attentive without being overbearing, and everything came out at a great pace.
It's hard to believe this place hasn't been discovered by more people yet. Highly recommend for a cozy date night or casual gathering with friends. We'll definitely be back!

Warm, friendly neighborhoood Italian place. The menu is a bit limited but the food is tasty. A few pastas, some pizzas, a limited number of entrees. Reasonably priced.

Food was great. Got the tortelloni, rigatoni, and the baked eggplant. Delicious.
The vibe was romantic, dim, and action packed if you sit next to the pizza maker.
The service was lackluster. The server seemed like he didn’t want to seat us because we were dressed too casual. We waited 20 minutes for menus and then just pulled it up from Google photos. Once he noticed we were looking at the menu online, he rushed over with paper menus and rushed us to order. The server had also just smoked a terrible cigarette so you imagine the smell.

We had a great time at Verdello! The pasta, pizza, and fish were all delicious. The ambiance is very modern and welcoming, and the service was excellent. Highly recommend!

The food is consistently delicious, never disappointing. The staff is warm and welcoming, making every visit enjoyable. Their brick oven pizzas are absolutely outstanding! This is our go-to spot for a cozy, authentic Italian meal that won’t break the bank—perfect for out-of-town guests.

Very nice neighborhood place. The baby fried artichokes are fabulous - i would go there everyday for them if i could. We loved our red pizza with pancetta (big enough for sharing) and the delicious grilled vegetables. The chocolate lava cake was a lovely finishing treat. Wine list is reasonably priced and servers were attentive and amiable.

Vegetarian options: Fried artichokes are the best!

Dietary restrictions: Not that great for vegans b/c most dishes have cheese.

Kid-friendliness: We saw many families with children really enjoying their made-to-order pizzas.

Fantastic meal as always! Ordered the Margharita pizza, penne rosate, endive salad, and meatballs. All were great (pizza and pasta were particularly delicious). Fantastic, friendly and quick service.
