We came across this halal turkish doner spot while in the area. Restaurant appeared nice and cozy with little seating and reasonable decoration.
We ordered a large chicken doner platter, and sadly, it was too bland. I love Saudi food and like no spice meat but didn't enjoy it much.. salad was good. They gave bread with it and 2 sauces.

recently had the pleasure of dining at Istanbul Bey and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. I tried both the lamb döner kebab wrap and the platter, and I was blown away by the quality and taste. The lamb was perfectly seasoned and tender, and the portions were generous. The prices are very affordable, especially considering the quality of the food.
What really stood out to me was how clean the restaurant is—it’s spotless, which is impressive by New York standards. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff is friendly and attentive. Visiting NYC, and thankful we found this gem. The food is excellent! It’s a little take-out place and the food surpassed much more expensive meals we’ve had since arriving. Highly recommend!
If you want delicious shawarma, I recommend this restaurant.. The shawarma is delicious, and the dish called Gyro Box is delicious. It consists of a mixed meat and chicken shawarma box with salad and rice.. Something worthy..
