The pizza we took out is classic NYC! We had dinner there too. They were really warm and hospitable. My shrimp fra diavolo was the best I ever had. The sauce was really flavorful and not too spicy. The shrimp were cooked perfectly, very tender and fresh. I asked for vegetables instead of pasta. It was no problem to make a substitution. The broccoli with garlic was crisp tender with nicely browned garlic that was not at all bitter. Great coffee too.

This place deserves to be packed 24/7! The food is amazing. The service is genuinely heartwarming. The pasta’s always 100% yummy. My daughter loves everything about this place. Rosie, our server, is a rockstar. We love her!

I had a fantastic experience with Italian Village Pizza for my daughter’s birthday party in Central Park! They delivered 8 hot, fresh pizzas right on time, which made the event stress-free. The cheese pizzas were perfectly cut for the kids, and the team was incredibly easy to work with. Highly recommend them for catering activities in Central Park.

Food was absolutely great. First time trying manicotti, the outdoor seating is very chill. Friendly and patient staff too.

THE VERY BEST OF THE BEST!

They advertise lunch specials between 11am-3pm. Be careful ordering between these hours as they will try and charge you regular price. I ordered through the phone and when i got there, i had to remind them for lunch pricing. After putting up a rebuttle, they then changed their price. Seems like a game to me. Be aware.

Better than the average neighborhood pizzeria.

If I could give this pizza shop zero stars I would. I went into the shop with my son and ordered one regular slice and one pepperoni slice. The regular slice of pizza tasted as if the cheese was expired and the pepperoni was extremely burnt along with the crust making it very unenjoyable to eat. We asked for a refund to a young man who appears to be the son the of the owner and was very condescending to my son and I saying word for word “You’ve never tasted a real slice of pizza before” on top of not giving me a refund. Such a disgrace, there are plenty of other amazing pizza shops in the city. Avoid this one at all cost!
