The ramen here is SO good and comforting. It's just what is needed in the cold weather. The chicken paitan is my favorite. The miso Caesar is also delicious. The service is excellent and friendly.

The service is friendly and warm, while having great vibes played throughout the space. When staying in the city, I make it a point to visit Ivan Ramen for the best ramen in the US!

This is my first time and New York and I work in the service industry in Charlotte NC and this was one of the better experiences I've had. Foo, was I credible especially the wagyu pastrami buns were a highlight. The food was filling yet the courses were timed so well that we weren't to full between appetizers and mains. Service was great for a small team dealing with a high energy environment in a tight space. Would highly recommend to my friends or anyone that lives in NYC.
THE BEST RAMEN IN NYC 🍜 We went to Ivan Ramen today and we left already thinking about going back! It is without a doubt one of the best dishes we have ever tasted. I put the names of the dishes in the photos, I loved them all, especially the gyozas, the tonkotsu ramen and the yuzu cheesecake, which was PERFECT!!! The ramens were recommended by one of the waiters and they were delicious!! The prices are also good.
Since we didn't reserve a table, we sat at the bar, but there were no problems and no waiting (we went on a Tuesday). The food comes out quickly and is delicious. You can access both the menu and the bill using a QR code and you can easily pay on your phone. Friendly and helpful staff! I definitely recommend this place! 🫶🏼
